Mr. Allen Sun – President
Mr. Sun graduated with a background in naval architecture from National Ocean University in Taiwan, and subsequently devoted his career to the field of marine survey and maritime claims services. During his leading as General Manager of TMS, he managed through several high-profile maritime incidents in Taiwan.
Mr. John Chou – General Manager
Mr. Chou devoted himself into a shipping agent to start his marine carrier. Since joining TMS, he has handled several major marine casualties, drawing on nearly 30 years of extensive experiences. In 2023, Mr. Chou assumed the position of General Manager at TMS, with a vision of leading the team toward industry leading standards and long-term success.
Ms. Nina Hsu – Claim Manager
Ms. Hsu cultivated her professions from Shipping and Transportation Management in National Ocean University in Taiwan before studying International Transport in Cardiff University UK for her postgraduate degree. In more than 20 years of experience at TMS, Ms. Hsu she has provided professional services to Clubs and developed extensive expertise in H&M (Hull & Machinery) policies and relevant regulations.
Mr. William Chang – Senior Claims Executive
Mr. Chang obtained his LLB in law school of National University of Kaohsiung. He went to Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court for intern practice and then studied LLM in Commercial Law from Cardiff University in UK. He joined a leading global insurance broker to practice P&I policy before joining TMS. Mr. Chang is responsible for handling a variety of P&I and H&M incidents.
Ms Jennie Huang – Claim Handler
Ms. Huang spent 10 years at sea serving on various types of vessels, including container ship, oil tanker, RO/RO, bulk carrier and construction vessel in offshore wind farm project to cultivate her professional skills in ship maneuvering and management. Joining TMS, Ms. Huang takes her extensive seagoing experiences to provide Clubs professional analysis in marine investigation. In particular, her extensive knowledge of crew duties and ship operations enables her to identify critical issues, clarify uncertainties, and provide Clubs with accurate and well-informed advice.
